Online Yoga

Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30pm: A twice-weekly practice to build stability, flexibility, grace, and resilience. Class will include yoga, strengthening exercises, pranayam (breath practice), soft tissue massage, restorative work, and reflection.

Saturdays, 11-12:15pm: We’ll learn how the yoga practice can help us access our restorative parasympathetic nervous system and strengthen us physically and emotionally.
