Online Yoga Offered Through The Connective, A Teacher-Owned Collective

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:30-7:30pm: A twice-weekly practice to build stability, flexibility, grace, and resilience. Class will include yoga, strengthening exercises, pranayam (breath practice), soft tissue massage or restorative work, and reflection.

Saturdays, 11-12:15pm: We’ll learn how the yoga practice can help us access our restorative parasympathetic nervous system and strengthen us physically, emotionally, and psychologically so we are able to handle challenge.
